How do I log into the HHC 24/7 app?
When you log into the HHC 24/7 app, you'll be asked to enter your email and select Submit. This should prompt a green banner above your email confirming an email has been sent:

Once you submit your email address, check your email inbox on the same device that you downloaded the HHC 24/7 app. You should receive a message with a Continue button, which will prompt the app to open to your account:

If you don't receive an email with the link right away, please wait 1-2 minutes. There may be a delay if you are using a secure email. If you still do not receive the email after waiting, check your spam or junk email folder.
How do I update my phone number or email address?
If you need to update this information, please contact our concierge team at (860) 962 7022 and they can process your request. We currently do not offer the option to update this information directly in the app.
How much does it cost to use HHC 24/7?
We do not accept payments in the HHC 24/7 app. If applicable, a bill will be sent after the visit to collect any co-payments and/or co-insurance in accordance with your insurer’s policy on telehealth consultations and services.
Most major insurers are accepted. Please check with your insurer if you have any questions.
Will you delete my HHC 24/7 account upon request?
Yes, we can delete your HHC 24/7 account. Once requested, we will remove your app account and all identifiable information associated with it, within 30 days. If there are medical records associated with this HHC 24/7 visit, per state and federal laws and guidelines, we are legally obligated to retain your health information and this data will not be deleted.
You can request deletion by contacting support here. If you are deleting an account to resolve a login or profile issue in the app, please let us know more about the problem and we'll see what we can do.
Can I access HHC 24/7 on my tablet or computer?
The HHC 24/7 app is designed for smartphones and is available for both iOS and Android phones. If you have a tablet that’s synced with your phone, you will see the app on your tablet, but we recommend only accessing HHC 24/7 on your phone for the best user experience. The app is not available for use on a computer.
